Standards and Practices
The Dillner Family Farm has added freezer beef
and lamb for our customers to enjoy! Our Black Angus cattle are pasture raised and 100% grass fed on our family farm in Butler
County. Our Suffolks sheep are also pasture raised and 100% grass fed at our homestead in Allegheny County. The
beef and lamb are hormone, steroid, antibiotic and cruelty free. Our cattle and sheep are raised on a 100%
grass fed diet which yields a very lean meat (little fat). They have full access to their pasture and are well cared for. The
Farm's beef and lamb are processed locally and USDA inspected, vacuum packed for quality and meet our high standards
for freshness, tenderness and flavor. It is dry aged for over two weeks. This is a natural process that enhances the meats
flavor and increases its tenderness. The beef and lamb are frozen in clear vacuum sealed packages. It is weighed
