Grass-Fed Beef and Lamb

The Dillner Family Farm provides freezer beef and lamb for our customers to enjoy! Our Black Angus cattle are pasture raised and 100% grass fed on our family farm in Butler County. Our Suffolk sheep are pasture raised on our farm in Allegheny County. The beef and lamb are hormone, steroid, antibiotic and cruelty free. Our cattle are raised on a 100% grass fed diet which yields a very lean meat (little fat). The sheep and cattle have full access to their pasture and are very well cared for. The farm's beef and lamb are processed locally and USDA inspected, vacuum packed for quality and meet our high standards for freshness, tenderness and flavor. Our beef is dry aged for over two weeks. This is a natural process that enhances the meats flavor and increases its tenderness. Packages are weighed and labeled for your convenience.

Our goal is to provide our neighbors with a local source of pasture-raised, grass-finished beef. In recent years we have also begun offering pasture raised lamb for sale. Just like our beef, our sheep are raised without the use of synthetic hormones, routine antibiotics, or steroids.

Individual pieces of beef and lamb will be available at our farm market May through October. Meat cuts are listed on the Shop Meats Page.

*Our beef and lamb will be available while supplies last.

Locally Raised Pork: We also carry non-GMO fed pork raised by Nowicki Farms in Cabot PA.

Rhode Island Red Hens

Our cage-free Rhode Island Red Mix laying chickens produce fresh brown eggs. These chickens are cage free and roam in our large open air buildings which protect them from predators like raccoons, coyotes, minks, foxes and hawks. Their diet is supplemented with cracked corn. We collect and wash the eggs daily to ensure the freshest eggs for our customers.
